Why do most people ociate wrestling as only a Western combat system(especially martial artists)?

Well its true every country has there own style of wrestling, but its just because people arent educated on wrestling. Go to one of those countries you mentioned and you will see those people think there wrestling style is the only one that exists. People just dont care enough to educate themselves on other nations wrestling styles and practices.
