D an D help! I wanna make a character like Jadis (the white witch on narnia) what race and cl, everything..

Jadis was part giant, part human, and was an alien native of the planet Charn, so you could use the half giant template from the old Dark Sun set, and given her affinity for winter she was probably half Frost Giant. As for cl, she never really did much traditional spell casting, but seemed to be more of an innate magic-user, and sorceress would probably work. She did specialize in conjuration (specifically ice and cold magics) and illusion, and her wand which was obviously enchanted permanently with Flesh to Stone. She had high scores in Strength, Intelligence, and Charisma, but kinda lacked in Wisdom, and was probably average in Constitution and Dexterity. She was immortal, having eaten of one of the Apples of Youth, but could be killed in combat. As for armor, you could use magical Protection items, Bracers of Armor, etc. She mainly relied on her wand and her army to quell serious threats before they could get physical. Alignment Lawful Evil, as she liked a rigid law system to govern her subjects - i.e. the creation of a police state.
