What should I get an ociates in?

I have 20 years experience in restaurants, cooking, managing, serving, banquets etc etc etc. I am getting a Meeting Planning Certificate in August. I want to continue school & get an ociates. What should I go for? I love restaurants, just hate waitressing. Suggestions?
