I had a dream last night a lost my front tooth ?then that my boyfriend of a month dumped me over text? ? ? ? ?

what does this mean ... i must admit im trying to be the perfect gf.. i been tru alot and was in love with someone for a year or more... now im finally moved on and going out with a guy its only been a month ... i had a dream that i said might my family and he texted me saying its not working out its over :/ now im really scared:O
