Do new motherboards with a high FSB work with older processors?

I got a Celeron D from last year laying around and planing on build a pc from scratch. What I need to know is whether new mobo's with high FSB (front-side-bus) speeds will work with older slower processors. My Celeron only has 533mhz and I need to find a mobo to work with it. Preferably under �50 any suggestions please
