Do you think most Catholics are just following Catholicism just because they are told to?

I'm a catholic myself and I'm beginning to see what most Catholics are; ignorant, childish, brainwashed. I have been noticing that most of the Catholics i know go to church and that's it. After church they go on with there life without the rules of Catholicism and disregard everything we true Catholics hold to be true. I think this is due to the fact that most Catholic parents will not let there children explore any other religions. Most of these types of parents are close minded and ignorant. I think we should do away with anything pressuring them to be catholic (catholic school, taking them to church at an early age, having catholic pictures paintings etc. in their house) and let them choose their own way of life. This is just my two cents on this you people are welcome to put yours in.
