Why do I wake in the mornings, sometimes, and my right arm is asleep?

thats happens 2 me a lot it usually is the way that you sleep. my arm or leg.. mainly my arm.. will go completely numb then as i get up and start moving it goes away.. besides that im not sure what else it could be.
