School....and just help!?

I need help. School is turning into a piece of crap right now. People are going around saying stuff about me and my teacher involving in ual and i just cant take it. I have gone to the counslier and everything. It is rediculious because the entire school knows and before cl everyday I swear im going to cry. In fact most the time I do end up going into homeroom crying. I need some help with either trying to find stress relief tips before i start throwing punches because today I went up to one of the girls saying it and told shut their mouth and laughed at he because she broke her wrist then laughed because she went running to her daddy. So either stress relief tips or else some good boarding schools maybe with an equestrian team and /or bowling team.
