Should Democrats hand out little Czechoslovakian flags to the press corps?

I think this will be highly irritating to McCain - "They are stealing my thunder! It was I who drew attention to the plight of Czechoslovakia, don't those idiots know anything!?" Furthermore, I too think it is mean of Big Old Bad Russia to be cutting off energy supplies to Czechoslovakia. How could they do that!? Literally....how?
