Red spots, Has anyone seen this before?

It could be a bacteria or fungus from moisture, I had a dog that got that before and the vet gave her oral meds for a few weeks and a shampoo, i think it was called Malasab, its anti fungal/bacteria and i had to wash her in it every other day and let her soak for 20 min. it finally went away.
