Paris Hilton got 30 days in jail but Nicole Richie only got some odd minutes?

Do you think all that was based on how more of a celebrity they are...like Nicole Richie isnt as popular as Paris...so Paris would get the harder punishment...Not that I think any of what they did is right ...it seems like they they think should get the benefit of the doubt. Like Brit...she is so popular that when she is seen out in public she gets poperazzi, but she was doomed when she met K-fed. That guy is one true blue looser...
