Ok So I Have Swine Flu Please Help.?

Ok i got swine flu three days ago i have no medical conditions but i have all the symptoms except for vomiting my fever has gone up and down from 102 to 99 then back up to 101 and i am having trouble breathing should i go to the hospital?
