Need some help about a camera, a grandma, and drama!?

okay so i have this friend named cameron, cam for short but anyways she had to move to her basement cuz her aunt and uncle were moving into her room so her grandma (she lives with her grandma) found a camera i gave her 3 years ago cuz i got a new one, but her grandma hates me and thinks i stole it so she went to the police and the police called my parents and they aren't sure if i stole it or not cuz i have a past but the thing is that there is a memory card IN the camera with pictures of me and cam from 3 years ago....cuz the charger broke lol so yea what is gonna happen cuz i don't wanna lke get sent to like juvi or something for doing nothing? and FYI shes leaving her house and going 2 a foster house is a few days so wht should i do and don't say like "be calm" but lke can u explain what they will do with the camera?
