feeding a baby with a stuffy nose. ?

Last night, my daughter was very fussy and at her nighttime feeding she kept latching on and off repeatedly and it took forever for her to finish eating. She also kept spitting her pacifier out. She had a snotty nose so i can only ume that she has a stuffy nose or cold. She's never been sick before and is 12 weeks old. I used saline drops and a cool mist humidifier last night and took her temperature this morning. She didn't have a temperature. Her nose seems to be better because now she is eating regular like again. It worried me when she didn't eat well because she's supposed to be trying to gain weight. Does anyone have any tips on how to feed a baby with a stuffy nose?
